I AM a BRAND is rooted in purpose and empowerment. While faith inspires our foundation, the message is universal and meant to resonate with anyone committed to growth, confidence, and intention.

SHIPPING RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Do you ship nationwide?
No. We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Processing times vary by product and demand. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided at checkout. Upon shipping, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location within the United States. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is on its way.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange or store credit.
What is considered an eligible return?
To qualify for an exchange or store credit: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, all original tags must be attached, Item must be returned in its original packaging, You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). NOTE: Returns that do not meet these conditions will be automatically denied and returned to the sender.
What is your refund policy?
I AM - has a NO REFUNDS POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT issue refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances. Instead, approved returns will be issued as: Store
Credit, Even Exchange (same item in a different size, if available).
Store credits: Never expire, are issued once the return is received and inspected, and must be used only at iamabrandempowered.com
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return request, contact us at:📧 returns@iamabrandempowered.com
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive: Return authorization approval, Exact return instructions, and Authorized return address. NOTE: ⚠️ Unauthorized returns sent without approval will NOT be accepted.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives: Defective, Damaged, Incorrect (wrong item sent). You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:📧returns@iamabrandempowered.com
Your email must include: Clear photos of the damage or defect, Your order number, A brief description of the issue
⚠️ Failure to report any damage, defect, or order error within 48 hours of delivery will VOID replacement and
store credit eligibility.
Once your claim is approved: You are required to return the item within 30 days of delivery, The item must meet all return condition requirements, Upon inspection, a store credit will be issued (no cash refunds).
What are non-returnable items?
We do NOT accept returns for: Sale or clearance items, Gift cards, nor any item showing signs of wear or use.
These items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
What is the process to exchange an item?
The fastest way to secure your replacement:

- Once approved, send the item back
- Upon inspection, your store credit or exchange will be issued immediately
- Place your new order using your store credit
What is an unauthorized return?
Any package sent without Prior written approval or valid return authorization will be:
❌ Refused
❌Returned to sender
❌Marked ineligible for store credit

All payments are processed securely through our encrypted checkout system to ensure your information is protected.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed and successfully processed at checkout.
All sales are final. However, in the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Can I use more than one payment method?
At this time, only one payment method may be used per order. We do not support split payments between multiple cards or payment types.

At this stage, we are offering t-shirts. In 2026, we will be expanding our inventory to include hats, jackets, and additional accessories as the brand continues to grow.
