SHIPPING POLICY
At I AM A BRAND: EMPOWERED, every order is handled with intention, care, and precision. We believe the experience matters just as much as the product.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During this time, each item is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Shipping Options:
Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
If processing extends beyond the allotted time, you will receive a proactive update regarding your order status.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location within the United States. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is on its way.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order may require additional processing time beyond the standard 1–5 business days. Please review the product listing for specific pre-order shipping details before completing your purchase.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. I AM A BRAND: EMPOWERED is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
LOST PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
However, we understand that delivery issues can occur. To protect both our customers and our business, the following policy applies:
If your package is marked Delivered but not received, you must notify us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Carrier investigations may take 5–10 business days to resolve.
Resolution Outcomes:
✔ If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit →
We will issue a replacement or store credit (your choice).
✔ If the carrier confirms the package was delivered correctly →
We are unable to replace or refund the order.
✔ If the package is returned to us due to address error →
Customer is responsible for reshipping cost.
