RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We have a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange or store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will be automatically denied and returned to the sender.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return request, contact us at:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:
- Return authorization approval
- Exact return instructions
- The authorized return address
- ⚠️ Unauthorized returns sent without approval will NOT be accepted.
IMPORTANT — NO REFUNDS POLICY
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- We DO NOT issue refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.
- Instead, approved returns will be issued as:
✅ Store Credit
✅ Even Exchange (same item in a different size, if available)
- Store credits: Never expire
- Are issued once the return is received and inspected
- Must be used only at iamabrandempowered.com
Damages, Defects & Order Errors
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
You must contact us within 14-days of delivery at:

Your email must include:
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
⚠️ Failure to report any damage, defect, or order error within 14-days of delivery will VOID replacement and store credit eligibility.
Once your claim is approved:
- You are required to return the item within 30 days of delivery
- The item must meet all return condition requirements
- Upon inspection, a store credit will be issued (no cash refunds)
Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Any item showing signs of wear or use
- These items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to secure your replacement:
- Submit your return requestvia email to returns@iamabrandempowered.com
- Once approved, send the item back
- Upon inspection, your store credit or exchange will be issued immediately
- Place your new order using your store credit
Return Processing Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection occurs within 3–5 business days
- Store credit or exchange approval is issued immediately after inspection
- Credits are delivered via email. Customer's may also view credit when logging into their accounts.
Unauthorized Returns
Any package sent without:
- Prior written approval
- A valid return authorization
Will be:
❌ Refused
❌ Returned to sender
❌ Marked ineligible for store credit

- Maintain brand standards and product integrity
